On-site Oral/poster presentation

To attend in-person presentation, considering a normal participation at Hilton, below is the steps:
Oral speaker: click here to download the power point template and prepare your slides.
Poster speaker: (1) click here to download the power point template and prepare your slides. (Example 1, Example 2)
               (2) make a poster and print it out, bring to Hilton venue (printing size A1), see (instruction)

Presentation time : Oral paper 15 minutes (total, including 2 minutes Q&A)
          Invited 30 minutes (total, including 5 minutes Q&A)
          poster 2 minutes (total)

Reminder: (for POSTER author)- except the big A1 poster (posted on-site), we will ask you to send
us an (up to 2) pages power point in pptx format (for 2 minutes presentation) to :
